End of Fight Club Week 4...Midpoint...My results

Thursday's class started with Holly and Bridget telling me what's up....

My arms and shoulders were burning by the end of the workout. I'd never thrown so many punches before...gotta work on my weak shoulders. Word.

In four weeks I lost:

- 12lbs
- 2 1/2 inches off my waist
- 1.5% body fat.

I'm proud of myself. Here's looking forward to fighting rounds.
