As Harry mentioned during our last meeting, this week focuses on recharging our bodies. We'll still commit to four training sessions this week but we really need to rest. Next week is our toughest (and last) training week.
So I'm going to rest and relax. I'm going to hit it hard tomorrow but, tonight, I'll just relax (although I'd rather be sparring).
